Do you have a shopfront?
Newhaus Decor is an online store, only. We do not currently have a physical store or showroom.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are packed and processed within 24 hours and dispatched the first working day with our chosen courier partner, The Courier Guy.
The delivery lead time is between 2-5 working days throughout South Africa.
However, hand made products may need more time to process and package.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Orders over the value of R1000 will qualify for FREE shipping within the borders of South Africa.
For orders below the value of R1000, shipping costs will be calculated based on the normal volume and weight of your order, as well as your location within South Africa at check-out.
Can I return my order if I change my mind?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return it. We have a 14 day returns policy from receipt of delivery. Simply return your item to us in an unused, re-saleable condition, in the original packaging and with all tags attached (where applicable). Delivery costs will not be refunded and return postage is at the buyer's expense. Products must be packaged safely for shipment and return.
The Newhaus Decor team will inspect the product on its return to ensure it meets the above standards. We do not accept any returns on Sale Items.
Please email us at returns@newhausdecor.co.za and include your order number and contact details for easy reference. One of our consultants will contact you to assist with claiming your refund or arranging an exchange.
We are unable to refund items that have been used or damaged after delivery to you, if any attempt has been made to alter the item, or if it has been dropped or broken. All returns will be subject to the terms and conditions of the sale.
