Shipping policy

Delivery charges are calculated upon checkout. Newhaus Decor is partnered with THE COURIER GUY to deliver nationwide from our hub in Cape Town. All orders are processed as soon as payment is received. Estimated delivery time for packages is between 2-5 days to your door. Please note that orders are only processed on working days, no deliveries will take place on weekends or public holidays. We always endeavour to meet the best and fastest delivery time. Please appreciate however, that events beyond our control could cause delay. We thank you for your understanding. We cannot guarantee an exact delivery time on the day of delivery.

Although the system will generate a quote for all areas, we do not ship to remote areas (those which are defined by couriers as requiring a surcharge), nor do we  deliver to PO boxes.

An email with the tracking details will be sent to the email address supplied once the package has been sent.

We offer free delivery to all main city centres on all orders over R 1000 in South Africa.

We, unfortunately, do not currently ship beyond the borders of South Africa.
